Scitico Plaza — Establishment, health and hair care at 585 Hazard Avenue, Enfield, Connecticut.

This plaza is one of the biggest dumps in Enfield. The stores all suck, there are potholes everywhere, and people drive around like they don't know what stop signs mean and there is no such thing as right-of-way.

There's a carwash there, right? So you go, clean your car, get it all nice and shiny. But then to get OUT of the parking lot, you have to navigate around potholes full of mud, inexplicable piles of sand, and scattered McDonald's garbage.
