I recently sent in a Sony FE 24-105 f4 lens which was recalled for focusing problems. After being notified by UPS that the lens was delivered, it was immediately indicated as received and in repair on Precision Camera's repair status web page. Repair was completed in four days. Checked the lens when returned and the lens focused perfectly - all previously observed problems were corrected. The entire process including shipping was completed in nine days. Precision Camera earns five stars on the basis of this experience.
